Kokoro Healing

Kokoro is a Japanese word often translated as heart, but its meaning reaches deeper, embracing the heart, mind, spirit, and the essence of who we are. Kokoro Healing‍ ‍ is a profound and restorative experience. Through the integration of Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki, and Shamanic practice, each session creates space for release, awareness, physical, mental and emotional restoration. Healing becomes the doorway.

Jin shin Jyutsu is the art of how spirit flows into matter, expressing itself through the body and its energetic pathways. Shamanic practice reconnects us with spirit within nature, fostering communication with the seen and unseen worlds. Reiki offers the universal life-force frequency that harmonizes and nourishes all living things. Together, these healing arts create a bridge between spirit, body, nature, and energy—supporting balance, insight, restoration, and profound healing.

Through the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of nature, and the flow of universal life-force energy, these modalities support deep restoration, balance, healing and spiritual connection.
